I’d forgotten about UNO, I also used to play that with Doris and also Pokino, which we played when visiting Madeline Bell, where R&J Stone were also guests as Joanne was Madeline’s cousin; Doris and I wiped the floor with them all 🤣
Wonderful; the segment on Doris, brought tears to my eyes remembering all the wonderful times spent with her.
The video from the Rhythm and Blues Foundation was brilliant. Thank you David for keeping the memories alive ❤️

More often than not the real way to make a great living in the music biz!
Unfortunately for Doris, I think more people are familiar with "Just One Look" due to the Hollies' version, and not hers.
The good news is she co-wrote the song and she often said she didn’t mind who had a hit with it because she still got paid as a writer!
